Training for School/College ( K-12) Leadership & Educational Management (Principals & Vice Principals)

Duration : 12 Hours ( 4 Workshops of 3 Hours Each )

Purpose

  • Equip principals/vice principals to deploy AI strategically for:
  • Evidence-informed school management and accreditation readiness,
  • fair performance standards & summative evaluation,
  • high-impact PDs that upskill teachers in AI-powered gamification and differentiation, and reaching the benchmark of complete horizontal integration,
  • PLL-centered culture (voice, choice, agency) and servant leadership,
  • Real-life/experiential & inquiry-based learning with 100% inclusion (no child left behind).

Expected Final Outcomes

Educational PLL Servant Leaders will be able to:

  • Write an AI Integration Policy and a 30-60-90-day rollout plan.
  • Build accreditation readiness packs (MOE, IB, COGNIA, AIAA, etc.) using AI to map evidence and close gaps.
  • Implement consistent performance standards with reliable summative decisions.
  • Design a 6-week PD that trains teachers to use AI for gamification, differentiation ( 5 pillars ) , Inquiry Based Real Life – Experiential Learning, Horizontal Integration, & formative assessment.
  • Lead PLL-centered classrooms and design AI-assisted real-life & inquiry-based inquiry units to achieve 100% inclusion.
  • Produce a Leadership Playbook (policies, rubrics, PD plan, inclusion protocols, dashboards).

Targeting Learners School leaders (principals, vice principals, heads of school, aspiring leaders), age:  25–65.
